Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your hair extension needs! We truly value your support and want to ensure that every appointment runs smoothly. Please read our policy carefully before booking:

Pricing & Extensions

The listed price includes waist-length hair extensions, unless otherwise specified. If you have your own extensions, please bring them with you.

Payment Methods: We accept e-Transfer to cwkaranja1@gmail.com or cash.
Booking & Deposit: A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, but will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If you require an urgent appointment, we may be able to accommodate you for an additional fee. The remaining balance is due after your service is completed.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance.
  • For cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours, a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
  • If you cancel after the appointment has started, this will be considered a No-Show and your deposit will be forfeited.
  • No-Show appointments will not receive a deposit refund.

Arrival Time

We allow a 30-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, the appointment will be considered a No-Show and your deposit will be forfeited.
Additional Guests:
We kindly request that no extra people attend your appointment unless previously discussed during the booking process.
